Hello I wanted to leave a review for Nathaniel Smith Hello I wanted to leave a review for your employee named Nathaniel Smith. I have had some really bad experiences with billing and people not being able to figure out the issue or say they fixed it and still have major issues when I go to get it calibrated. Mr smith was assigned to me after 3 months of issues since getting it installed and immediately found the problem and fixed the issue. Months down the line the same issue occurred and I searched for the email where he was helping me with the 1st issue and finally found it. When I did I emailed him for help n he helped a lot. Put notes in my account so when I actually got ahold of someone after hrs on the phone she saw his notes and made more for the calibration guy and made it a much smoother and less of a headache situation. Which I had to threaten to call the police on a calibration guy over a billing issue that clearly showed on my account a different amount then what his computer said n he was gonna keep my car. With Mr smiths help I had nooo issues whatsoever and I wanna thank him and let his mangers know how great of a job he did. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🤦🏾‍♂️

Amazing customer service Absolutely amazing customer service, I had an experience at first that was irritating HOWEVER they reached out and went above and beyond to truly provide the best customer service they could! A wonderful company to work with!

Blanca aka Wonder Woman Blanca was so patient, friendly and engaging. She took her time to listen and answer questions...went above and beyond to take her time to take care of things for me so I did not have to stress about it. This beautiful individual deserves a raise for her knowledge, customer service and welcoming personality!!! Love her!!!

LIES! They lie about prices and end up charging you more than you agreed to and then they ignore you and if you do get ahold of anyone it's conveniently not something they're capable of handling
