He did all the searching I needed to enable me to pick up and drop off based on when the local car rental offices were open/closed. He also found the most convenient locations and the most comfortable and affordable car for us. I had tried other rental car sites without success. Even Auto Europe website could not confirm a reservation, but when I called and talked to Shavon, he worked around the problem. Thanks!
