I’ve purchased from this company before… I’ve purchased from this company before with no issues but this time was different. They dropped the ball on figuring out inventory, causing me to lose the last piece of equipment left in stock in the country. I’m now stuck waiting months for more to come back in stock and slowing down my business. Watch out for identical equipment on other websites but have different names or model numbers

Absolutely horrible...lift… Absolutely horrible...lift ordered..paid for in march....order canceled because they couldn't figure out a delivery date..5 different dates until I cancelled....don't use a finance program...can't get refunded...this company is nothing more than a brokerage firm..offices in strip malls with nothing but excuses...and when you.leave a bad review...they jump on your company's page and leave bad reviews...the irony...

lift me up! Salesman was knowledgeable on products and helpful in picking the lift that met my needs. The prices were fair and local pickup saved me time and money. The people at the pickup point were efficient and friendly. This was my second purchase and if the need arises I would use Best Buy Auto Equipment in the future. Thanks

All was well until I realized the sent… All was well until I realized the sent the wrong type of machine to me. I called them, and the order was right, they just sent the wrong one. So, I wasted $541 on a forklift, electrician cost and still don't have what I paid $19k for. Not to mention, the finance company they use said, so sad, to bad but the payments are still due even though I don't have the machine. Lets see what they do....

I had researched the 2 post lift down… I had researched the 2 post lift down to 2 different units. The sales tech answered my final questions and I agreed with his recommendations. It most certainly was the right choice and I am very happy with the atlas OH-10X lift I purchased. Unit shipped on time and delivered as I requested.
