All was well until I realized the sent… All was well until I realized the sent the wrong type of machine to me. I called them, and the order was right, they just sent the wrong one. So, I wasted $541 on a forklift, electrician cost and still don't have what I paid $19k for. Not to mention, the finance company they use said, so sad, to bad but the payments are still due even though I don't have the machine. Lets see what they do....

Absolutely horrible...lift… Absolutely horrible...lift ordered..paid for in march....order canceled because they couldn't figure out a delivery date..5 different dates until I cancelled....don't use a finance program...can't get refunded...this company is nothing more than a brokerage firm..offices in strip malls with nothing but excuses...and when you.leave a bad review...they jump on your company's page and leave bad reviews...the irony...

fast shipping good prices Ordered a atlas bp-8000 on Tuesday and was sitting on the freight dock Friday waiting to be picked up on Monday. Jeff was our salesman he was polite and professional and checked his inventory to confirm the item was in stock. First time dealing with best buy automotive and would not hesitate to order again. The lift works well The lift works well. It was moderately easy to set up, but the instruction manual was lacking. I think it assumed too much and the illustrations were not very helpful.
