The whole process was painless The whole process was painless , ordered on a Monday and lift was delivered on Wednesday. From talking to the salesman to delivery 3 days really can’t beat that ! Very easy Company to deal with . Definitely will do business with them again .

I’ve purchased from this company before… I’ve purchased from this company before with no issues but this time was different. They dropped the ball on figuring out inventory, causing me to lose the last piece of equipment left in stock in the country. I’m now stuck waiting months for more to come back in stock and slowing down my business. Watch out for identical equipment on other websites but have different names or model numbers

This is who you should do business with The staff is always incredibly friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable about everything they sell. They respond quickly and always offer great solutions. I recommend them anytime someone asks me about equipment. These guys bring their "A" game every single time without fail.

Experience was great...my XPR-12CL lift… Experience was great...my XPR-12CL lift was delivered and all complete only some minimal problems with some of the decals just cosmetic but which I plan to address with the company...Lift went together well and works great!!! What a nice addition to my garage!!!

The people at the pickup point were efficient and friendly. This was my second purchase and if the need arises I would use Best Buy Auto Equipment in the future. Thanks
