The whole process was painless The whole process was painless , ordered on a Monday and lift was delivered on Wednesday. From talking to the salesman to delivery 3 days really can’t beat that ! Very easy Company to deal with . Definitely will do business with them again .

Absolutely horrible...lift… Absolutely horrible...lift ordered..paid for in march....order canceled because they couldn't figure out a delivery date..5 different dates until I cancelled....don't use a finance program...can't get refunded...this company is nothing more than a brokerage firm..offices in strip malls with nothing but excuses...and when you.leave a bad review...they jump on your company's page and leave bad reviews...the irony...

Great proudcts, people and experience! The folks at Best Buy Automotive had the exact car lifts that I was looking for at very affordable prices. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Finally, they arranged set up and installation by one of their qualified installers, Ollie's Lifts, and they did a great job also. I highly recommend this company and their products.

All was well until I realized the sent… All was well until I realized the sent the wrong type of machine to me. I called them, and the order was right, they just sent the wrong one. So, I wasted $541 on a forklift, electrician cost and still don't have what I paid $19k for. Not to mention, the finance company they use said, so sad, to bad but the payments are still due even though I don't have the machine. Lets see what they do....

He stayed in contact right through delivery and installation. Issues with shipping and damage he was instantly on the spot and solved any problems immediately. Best decision ever to purchase here. Could not be more happy with the whole experience and product.
