Bought some radiator guards and front disc brake guards from them, but quickly realized after I ordered them that they wouldn’t fit my bike, so I emailed asking the order to be cancelled. They said that wasn’t possible, and that returns weren’t easy so it would be best to try and sell them to a friend (weird response but didn’t think much of it). Once I received the parts, I sent them back to the address given by NICE CNC. Parts arrived and no refund, have sent multiple emails regarding refund, and have received no reply. Do not buy parts if you think you might need to return them later.

Great company and great products. I have been satisfied with the products I ordered from Nice CNC in the past. However, I encountered shipping issues with my recent order. I immediately contacted Nice CNC through an email and they impressed me with their handling of the situation. And I am looking forward to more purchases in the future.

Infiniti/Nissan throttle body spacer I ordered the throttle body spacer kit for the Infiniti G35 3.5 vq and the quality is just as good as companies charging 100$ or more. The item arrived 2 days after I placed the order. The communication was excellent. All around a good experience with nicecnc. I wish they made more items for the 2005 Infiniti G35 coupe. I'd give them more of my business without a second thought.

Good customer support Bought a nicecnc shock spring compressor. It is very nice but one of the adapters was missing. Contacted the company and they promptly shipped out a replacement adapter. Good product and customer support. Thanks!
