Terrible customer service and theft of funds I placed an order for a part I needed quickly. I paid (a lot) for 2-day air shipping. I was contacted by them to say that I could not use the shipping address I had indicated since it was my first air shipped order and it did not match my billing address (I was having it shipped to the garage where we were working on the car). It was no problem to change the address, although it would have been nice to have that listed somewhere as you are completing your purchase. That could have saved everyone a lot of time and headache. And it DID become a headache because once I got a shipping notice I found that it was going to be 5 days until I received my package rather than the 2 I paid for. I contacted Classic Industries about it and asked for a refund on what I paid for expedited shipping. They refused to refund shipping fees for which I paid but did not receive. The rep I spoke with emailed back and forth with me a few times and frankly, was pretty rude and unwilling to see that they took my money but did not give me what I paid for. I will never order from them again and will make sure to tell all my friends who own classics not to order from them either.

The order offered free shipping over… The order offered free shipping over $149 but my order was $179.++ and I didn't get free shipping plus I was charged for insurance, which I did'nt need or want so with the discount that was offered of $26, that was all taken away with these bogus extras that I didn't ask for. We'll see how long the order takes.....I'm still on back order from 9 years ago on some parts.

Great customer service! Door panels were not in stock (which I knew), Kevin called with a nice message letting me know they were on backorder and that he would have them drop shipped from the supplier if I still wanted them. I called back and left a message and they arrived much sooner than expected!

The parts are good quality The parts are good quality. The item was shipped securely packaged to prevent damage. The part looked exactly like the factory piece. The pricing is competitive. The online ordering process was easy.

I like the selection of parts and will… I like the selection of parts and will raise my score when my parts show up. They are having a difficult time locating a part that was supposed to be in stock.
