GBPerfect fit, finish and function. The pre-painted replacement mirror for a 2020 Odyssey was a perfect match and a perfect fit. On-line ordering was easy with the vehicle's paint code and the item arrived within the timerame promised.

GBGenuine Parts. Best Price. Fast Shipping. After researching prices first, I ordered 3 items from HPN.com on a Wednesday at 3 pm, and received them that Friday before noon! Both the location from which the items were shipped and I are located in the Northeast. I’m not sure I would have ordered from HPN if I had read outside reviews beforehand; however, I’m glad I ordered as the prices for genuine Honda products, including the shipping cost, were the lowest, the follow-up emails were timely, and delivery was fast. Note: Maybe paying by PayPal resulted in avoiding some of the issues I read about.

GBGot everything I ordered. I just wish they had better schematics Good overall, I got everything I ordered. I just wish they had better schematics, because it was hard to figure out what parts I needed when looking at a blurry, pixelized schematic.

GBHPN is a Scam, AVOID I placed an order on the 9th of April, for 6 items. They arrive in a small 6x6x6 box that couldn't have fit the 12" metal gasket that I ordered, the PRIMARY part I needed, but with their high shipping costs, I ordered a few additional bolts/washers. Needless to say, the gasket wasn't in there. After speaking to the absolute RUDEST customer service rep via live chat, who ended up closing the chat on me, they request me to fill out an RMA request. Yay, more hoops to jump through... they wanted me to send a photo of the box, and parts I did receive, which makes absolutely zero sense, it's a $10 part, why is there so much hassle over a simple issue. The whole process is just a waste of customers time so they just write it off and HPN doesn't need to compensate. So after sending a follow-up email, I get a response "you are getting a refund for only the part cost", 21 DAYS LATER! I specifically told the live chat person, and put in the RMA request that I needed a "replacement" part that I had initially ordered. They just ignore that and say it's "not in stock", which, shocker! they don't stock hardly anything, most parts they order from Honda, then ship out. So what they're doing is making you pay for shipping a large item, then sending you the small items in a small box, then only refunding the cost of the item that was left out, and they keep the difference in shipping. Not to mention, for the past 3 WEEKS! I was under the impression I was getting the part I had originally ordered so I haven't ordered it elsewhere, they've now delayed this job almost a month, as I will now have to order from Majestic Honda as I should've to begin with. TLDR: HPN left out a large part from my order, makes me jump through hoops to get a replacement, then sends a refund for only the part and not the shipping 3 weeks later. WASTE OF TIME, this is a $10 part. A honest company would apologize for the mistake, immediately send the item they missed. It's very simple, HPN is a scam. Shop elsewhere.
