I have an older vehicle and it is hard… I have an older vehicle and it is hard to find parts for, I ordered timing kit with new pulleys but while vehicle was pulled apart and under a time constraint we noticed that the idler pulley sent with a kit from another parts store did not match at all. I by chance found the correct pulley on Partsology and it was to Alaska within a few days and for a vet reasonable price! I have already started spreading the word! Thank you so much!

Stelar Experience A huge shout out to Renné S. in customer service! She was more than helpful with an issue I was having with a replacement oil pump for my 07 Altima. apparently there are two different styles in the DNJ line for that year. I ordered twice from other vendors and to my dismay I received the wrong parts twice. Renné was overly helpful in determining the correct part and was able to get it out fro next day delivery. Thanks you Renné for the delightful experience. Being in customer service myself I can say you outdid yourself.
