She was more than helpful with an issue I was having with a replacement oil pump for my 07 Altima. apparently there are two different styles in the DNJ line for that year. I ordered twice from other vendors and to my dismay I received the wrong parts twice. Renné was overly helpful in determining the correct part and was able to get it out fro next day delivery.
