Safe shipping. Reasonable price. This is the second purchase I have made with autobuffy. They provide fast and safe shipping through FedEx. Price for both items was within my budget.

MOOG Control arms sway bar link Have had control arms and swaybar links installed on Honda pilot for the last two weeks and things feel buttery smooth. I cannot speak to durability and longevity yet. I sure hope the sporadic negative reviews for Moog parts in terms of its durability are not true. So far so good parts came packaged well and I would buy again

I ordered Spark Plugs on Monday night… I ordered Spark Plugs on Monday night for my Mustang, It’s Wednesday and I have already received my package, everything was exactly what I ordered. I am very happy with my experience with Autobuffy I would recommend!

I got refund without any delay I have made 2 separate orders , the first one was out of stock , I got very disappointed since they notified me several days later , but they refunded me right away. On the second order , it was huge delay shipping it . I got very disappointed and called them. The customer rep told me that I should wait to get response from the manager, no one did get back to me, so I called again and asked to cancel the order , again it took 3 days to get a reply saying that my order was canceled while the part was already on the way to me I found out they were waiting for FedEx to pickup the package, that was the problem. it took FedEx 4 days to pick up the package. Anyway the part was returned back to them and I got refund right away. I give them credit for being honest and refund customers when they don't have parts .I would recommend ordering parts from them.

Shipping time was ridiculous. Shipping took a longggg time. When I bought the product, it said it would ship overnight. Then the next day I got an update saying it would be there the following day. Then in a couple days' time, one saying it would be two more days. It ended up taking a week, to send from the Dallas area to the Austin area. It would've been quicker for me to drive the 4 hours there and back in a day instead of ordering through Autobuffy.
