GBOh my goodness stay away from these⦠Oh my goodness stay away from these guys, as a token of their appreciation after you purchase you will be bomb barded with endless request to complete a survey. My Daughter just showed me her phone, this no lie 124 survey requests, at least one a day for months now. Doesn't matter if she responds, she did. 124 survey requests!!!! Beyond unprofessional, annoying, obnoxious, this is harassment. She/we will never buy another anything from these guys.

GBShipping time was ridiculous. Shipping took a longggg time. When I bought the product, it said it would ship overnight. Then the next day I got an update saying it would be there the following day. Then in a couple days' time, one saying it would be two more days. It ended up taking a week, to send from the Dallas area to the Austin area. It would've been quicker for me to drive the 4 hours there and back in a day instead of ordering through Autobuffy.

GBIncredible customer service!! After ordering the wrong parts, my own fault, these guys did an amazing job helping me solve my issue! The customer service is phenomenal! I've been ordering and buying car parts for 35 years and I can not recall ever having better service! No I was NOT paid to say any of this, I just am very impressed! Can't wait to do more business with this company. What a pleasure it has been!

GBNever again Ok, I ordered parts for my 2wd dodge truck. They sent me parts for a 4wd truck. I jumped through all the hoops that they requested. I've spent more time trying to get this corrected than it did to do the job. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Never, never again. I will pay more for the parts I need than to go through this s#$show again.
