Shipping time was ridiculous. Shipping took a longggg time. When I bought the product, it said it would ship overnight. Then the next day I got an update saying it would be there the following day. Then in a couple days' time, one saying it would be two more days. It ended up taking a week, to send from the Dallas area to the Austin area. It would've been quicker for me to drive the 4 hours there and back in a day instead of ordering through Autobuffy.

Incredible customer service!! After ordering the wrong parts, my own fault, these guys did an amazing job helping me solve my issue! The customer service is phenomenal! I've been ordering and buying car parts for 35 years and I can not recall ever having better service! No I was NOT paid to say any of this, I just am very impressed! Can't wait to do more business with this company. What a pleasure it has been!

I saved a ton of money via Auto Buffy with a complete set of Detroit Axel struts that improved the ride of the vehicle to factory smooth. Legit, Fast Delivery Wow, was really surprise how fast the parts came. Everything I ordered came in 2 days.
