Worth the Wait The DIMO Support Representatives were great! They solved the issue I was experiencing within minutes. However, the scheduling backlog resulted in over a week of waiting to have a meeting with them.

Just the beginning This thing just makes sense. The app and company are pretty good so far, but the idea is one in a million. Imagine buying a car that has all of its data for 5 years. Maintenance schedule, top speeds driven, what kind of areas it had been in. As an owner, tracking fueling from home automation. Ai could help in so many ways. Insurance could come down for good drivers, theft prevention. Etc

DIMO is the way to GO So far, the device, the weekly payouts, and (most importantly) the service team have all met or exceeded expectations. I'm happy to be a part of the DIMO family and I'm looking forward to seeing the company grow. We have two vehicles in our family and both have DIMO Vehicle Smart Hubs connected to them.
