GBI am disappointed. I am disappointed in the lack of phone support during the activation process. There were a lot of problems. I am extremely disappointed that rewards are not based on miles driven. I drive and commute a lot, and also as a delivery driver. Getting the same rewards as somebody who drives only a few miles a day seems ridiculous. You are getting more data from me, why can't I be rewarded for that? That was the whole point of this.

CAthis device is awesome this device is awesome, easy to use, connect, and with the app connecting to metamask it makes exchaging the token and transfering it into my wallet, then into cash simple. this is one main feature other projects need to get onboard with...connection to metamask makes a huge difference

GBWorth the Wait The DIMO Support Representatives were great! They solved the issue I was experiencing within minutes. However, the scheduling backlog resulted in over a week of waiting to have a meeting with them.

GBExcellent Excellent, response customer service. Shaolin was amazing. Love the product, earning money for just driving my car! DEPIN is the future! The DIMO tokens could potentially100x or more in the next 18 months. Love DIMO and Shaolinn all the customer service team?

GBI would of given it 5 stars I would of given it 5 stars, but there were issues setting it up. These were addressed but there wasn't much of a follow up. I received more support from Dimo moderators on Reddit than I did from email. My wife didn't receive rewards for a week also because the software disconnected. Other than that, it's decent passive income, and I like the idea of it. I don't know when these devices will pay for themselves, but I really like the tech behind it all. I would say to make the purchase, I feel it's worth it.
