GBJust the beginning This thing just makes sense. The app and company are pretty good so far, but the idea is one in a million. Imagine buying a car that has all of its data for 5 years. Maintenance schedule, top speeds driven, what kind of areas it had been in. As an owner, tracking fueling from home automation. Ai could help in so many ways. Insurance could come down for good drivers, theft prevention. Etc

GBDIMO is the way to GO So far, the device, the weekly payouts, and (most importantly) the service team have all met or exceeded expectations. I'm happy to be a part of the DIMO family and I'm looking forward to seeing the company grow. We have two vehicles in our family and both have DIMO Vehicle Smart Hubs connected to them. I'm very happy with the decision.

GBI am disappointed. I am disappointed in the lack of phone support during the activation process. There were a lot of problems. I am extremely disappointed that rewards are not based on miles driven. I drive and commute a lot, and also as a delivery driver. Getting the same rewards as somebody who drives only a few miles a day seems ridiculous. You are getting more data from me, why can't I be rewarded for that? That was the whole point of this.

GBThis is why they are getting 5 start review from me I have it a 5 start review because it was super easy to navigate through the app and set up my Dimo macaron. Also I had some questions so I email them and they responded fairly quickly. Once they responded they assisted me with all my questions and more. Super patient and helpful.
