GBI am disappointed. I am disappointed in the lack of phone support during the activation process. There were a lot of problems. I am extremely disappointed that rewards are not based on miles driven. I drive and commute a lot, and also as a delivery driver. Getting the same rewards as somebody who drives only a few miles a day seems ridiculous. You are getting more data from me, why can't I be rewarded for that? That was the whole point of this.

GBGreat Project! Not only do I believe the project is great with a lot of long term potential, but the team has been absolutely fantastic and helpful anytime there was some technical issue. Strongly recommend anyone who drives to join in on this project!

GBThe device to use does not connect… The device to use does not connect well, constant battle to get connection. Tried 3 different phone, installing/uninstalling app, options from customer service, etc... Wish I would not have bought, they have work to do.

GBDIMO community is great DIMO community is great, DIMO team answers questions and ease my worries on connecting the app to my Tesla as I had serious problems with connecting 3rd party apps with my Tesla app previously. So far so good and I'm earning DIMO tokens, so happy to be part of it! Just sad that I didn't join sooner last year in May when I first learned about it because of my fear to connect app to my Tesla app. I'm so glad that I was finally able to step right in and start earning DIMO tokens!!!

GBWorth the Wait The DIMO Support Representatives were great! They solved the issue I was experiencing within minutes. However, the scheduling backlog resulted in over a week of waiting to have a meeting with them.
