GBThe device to use does not connect… The device to use does not connect well, constant battle to get connection. Tried 3 different phone, installing/uninstalling app, options from customer service, etc... Wish I would not have bought, they have work to do.

GBWorth the Wait The DIMO Support Representatives were great! They solved the issue I was experiencing within minutes. However, the scheduling backlog resulted in over a week of waiting to have a meeting with them.

GBDIMO is the way to GO So far, the device, the weekly payouts, and (most importantly) the service team have all met or exceeded expectations.
