Holiday closeout? new amplifier time the holiday closeout sale was amazing and i cant wait to test the new amp. very fast processing time and arrived to me within the week. only reason you lost a star is because ups completely destroyed the outer box which can only mean that my amp went through that same abuse. ups is very harsh with freight handling. maybe add a fragile sticker or something to all of your electrical components just to be sure.

Never disappointed I've ordered product s from Big Jeff and I'm never disappointed by their service. The products always come as stated. Their shipping is fast as well. They don't take days to process your order and most items, depending the time you place the order, are shipped the same day. Also, their customer service reps are to notch.

I ordered from big Jeff the first order… I ordered from big Jeff the first order never showed up the second order they didn't send me everything I ordered and sent back. The third order from my original order they made me pay for shipping and didn't even get half my order. I ordered two amps 10 foot of power wire and 20 foot of speaker wire. I literally only got one amp and they said everything was delivered. This place has messed my order up twice and I've been waiting on stuff for two months.
