USHoliday closeout? new amplifier time the holiday closeout sale was amazing and i cant wait to test the new amp. very fast processing time and arrived to me within the week. only reason you lost a star is because ups completely destroyed the outer box which can only mean that my amp went through that same abuse. ups is very harsh with freight handling. maybe add a fragile sticker or something to all of your electrical components just to be sure.
