GBBuyer beware! Buyer beware!! Drove 4 cars with drivetime in Fresno helping my son buy a car. He ended up buying a car on the way home the car had mechanical issues. I called silver rock made a report went and had the car checked out it had many many things wrong with the car on day 4 I took the keys back to drivetime looked at another car there was some issues I didn’t feel comfortable with so I drove it it again had mechanical issues! These issues had to do with breaks/ drive line/ struts and rotors etc I was not about to let my son buy a car that’s worth maybe 17,000 at a apr of 22% making the buy over 44k it’s ridiculous for a first time buy with this many problems!! Signed all papers to get refund for the $1000 we put down as a down payment! Apparently now it takes 7-10 days and then we have to go pick it up at the dealer… this is not my first time buying a car!! I definitely DO NOT recommend this place!

GBPLEASE REFUND MY DOWN PAYMENT I purchased a vehicle on March 15th 2024 and returned it on March 19th 2024 because it was having severe mechanical issues. The vehicle literally wouldn’t turn off because it wouldn’t stay in park. Today is April 25th and they have yet to refund my down payment. I purchased the vehicle in good faith and returned it within the legal days I was required to. I have the Vehicle Return Agreement which states I am entitled to the full amount of my downpay and they still continue to avoid rectifying this situation. My bank has sent them numerous requests to show proof that they refunded any money to me and they have yet to even respond to the bank. Please steer clear of making any purchases through this company.

GBCheryl Sullivan was wonderful Cheryl Sullivan was wonderful. She mentioned she has only been here for 4 months but you would never have guessed it. She was just great and so very helpful. I was with my son and he was buying his very first car and she was just as excited for him as we were. Definitely ask for Cheryl!

GBBetter customer service The sales man was not as friendly, we had to be the one to check out the vehicle which was okay but if your a salesman you'd want to make the experience worth going back for. Would've been nice if we were offered a gas fill up, window washed and head lights checked. Since we live 150 miles west we had to travel back and do what we could with the headlights not correctly working. The service of purchasing a vehicle was great but again customer service was not what I expected.
