GBI received the part in a timely manner I received the part in a timely manner. I was told the product came pre programmed though. When at the shop they were unable to sync my keys and told me that the product wasn’t programmed, and the truck won’t even start now. I’m now having to pay an additional $250 to have it programmed.

GBProduct arrived very well packaged and… Product arrived very well packaged and undamaged. The web site was well laid out and easy to use with excellent example images. There was a confusing follow up email about not checking out but the site showed my transaction had completed. I did expect a tracking number in email but just as I was starting to worry the package arrived.
