PCM for 2007 Grand Caravan Ordering the PCM was easy. I was a bit confused because it didn't ask for the VIN until after the order was placed. I would have been more comfortable putting that info in before submitting payment information. It took about 2 weeks to get the PCM and I just got it so haven't installed it yet.

Product arrived very well packaged and… Product arrived very well packaged and undamaged. The web site was well laid out and easy to use with excellent example images. There was a confusing follow up email about not checking out but the site showed my transaction had completed. I did expect a tracking number in email but just as I was starting to worry the package arrived.

Works Great! I ordered a PCM for my van. I followed the instructions on installing it & my van is running great. It would be nice to be able to upload a picture of the VIN number & the number off the old PCM. That way there's less likely to be a typing mistake.

Thank you Thank you, fast service, the computer solved an ongoing issue that I had been chasing with sensor replacements. 40 minute replacement (30 minute off battery time. 10 minutes to install and start the truck) Allowed truck to warm, drove the neighborhood and then 5 mile drive.... after that functioned perfectly.

Good work Your company was the only one to correctly program my ECU. I had tried 2 other companies who both left the ECU unable to communicate with the automatic transmission ( left it stuck in low). They were then unable or unwilling to fix that problem that they caused. Thanks for doing good work.
