GBOverall good service + mot Overall good service, very communicative throughout. The advisor on the phone could have slowed down when giving me a list of 5faults/ repairs though as it felt overwhelming when I'm not familiar with the terminology.

GBI was expecting a telephone call or… I was expecting a telephone call or text before collection of the car, which did not come. The cost of the work was extremely high, and while I cannt compare it with anything, or say that it was wrong, it was a geart shock to the system

ESUseless Useless, I explained that I was about to start radiotherapy and due to mobility issues I wanted both cars serviced and MOT done the week before. Didn't turn up on the first day hours of phone calls came the second day. Phone call saying that their mechanic wasn't up to electrical issues, but charged me £175 to print out what the car was telling me and him..... Monday didn't turn up,Tuesday didn't turn up. I clearly stated that due radiotherapy I needed them to collect the car at 08:00, Confirmation of booking between 09:00 and 11:00?????? If you like looking out of your windows waiting for the cowboy 🤠,use these Heartless bas.... Avoid.
