GBI was expecting a telephone call or… I was expecting a telephone call or text before collection of the car, which did not come. The cost of the work was extremely high, and while I cannt compare it with anything, or say that it was wrong, it was a geart shock to the system

GBNever Again What a poor service, they added extra charges for things expected as part of a full service. They wanted me to pay ridiculous prices for basic work that I can get done at a fraction of the price.They never told the garage to release my car until last minute and I ended up waiting around at work for hours for my car to be returned... NEVER AGAIN 🤬🤬🤬

ITNot sure if I will use this again I'd prefer to give a rating when I have got back my car. I don't see how I can give a rating when a service to a client is not completed. Found it very expensive. I'd prefer to go to my known Mechanic next time. Avoid it completely.
