USReceived the wrong item Received the wrong item. No big deal. Just return and swap. NOPE!! An advisor kept arguing with me. Kept telling me how wrong my choices were instead of simply helping me return/swap for correct item. Three different times this happened. One even laughed at the issue. No way to run a professional business. A couple weeks later, after I returned the item, still hadn't received the correct one. They even charged me for a "free" return. I did eventually get a partial refund. Never do business with ONLINE CAR STEREO!!!EVER!!! SCAM and RIP OFF!!!

USOutstanding the shipment was lost by the… When the shipment was lost by the carrier a claim was opened.However customer service for Onlinecarstereo.com came through and shipped another unit right away. THAT is what I call great service. Thanks guys, you are awesome!

USThe Assistance with my order The Assistance with my order. Quick, accommodating, great communication. The open box unit was either Damaged or couldn't be located and they offered to make it right on a new unit which they did. Extremely happy.

USBought for Bluetooth ability in my older vehicle. Brand new receiver won't accept disc's. Acts like there is something already in it or something obstructing. Again, bought for Bluetooth So I can literally play anything. Just the sound quality of a disc is unmatched quite often and I don't have that option for whatever reason. Other than that for under $100 it's everything I needed/wanted.
