GBReceived the wrong item Received the wrong item. No big deal. Just return and swap. NOPE!! An advisor kept arguing with me. Kept telling me how wrong my choices were instead of simply helping me return/swap for correct item. Three different times this happened. One even laughed at the issue. No way to run a professional business. A couple weeks later, after I returned the item, still hadn't received the correct one. They even charged me for a "free" return. I did eventually get a partial refund. Never do business with ONLINE CAR STEREO!!!EVER!!! SCAM and RIP OFF!!!
