GBFHGroup does what promise, unlike Governments! I have ordered universal seat covers from FH Group for many years & what is printed & shown are facts! In every part of the process as a customer is TRUE! I am a former buyer for a large building & home center. Have bought truck loads & single items for 20 years. There description of product terms of pricing & shipping are what they do & do it to a tee. No hype, plain & simple instructions & if not completely satisfied, send it back which I have never had to do. C. W. Rizor.

GBI would give zero stars if I could I would give zero stars if I could. I received a rear seat cover with several pieces, and no installation instructions. The website also doesn’t have a video for my specific vehicle model, and no one answers the phone regardless of the time you call. Hell, my order didn’t even come with a packing slip, so even a return might turn out to be a process in itself. Never again.

GBI actually had to return my seat… I actually had to return my seat covers, which I loved, but they weren’t going to work out. Order process was simple, I received them quicker than I expected, and they were very gracious and straightforward during the return process. I will be shopping here again.
