GBI actually had to return my seat… I actually had to return my seat covers, which I loved, but they weren’t going to work out. Order process was simple, I received them quicker than I expected, and they were very gracious and straightforward during the return process. I will be shopping here again.

GBGREAT Customer Service!! I had been sent the wrong color seat covers. The customer service rep, Jennifer, was amazing. She followed up to keep me posted on the status and made a disappointing experience a very good one. I have not experienced this caliber of customer service at any other company I have dealt with. AND, to have a REAL, LIVE person to work with speaks volumes of how FH Group values their customers.
