USI would give zero stars if I could I would give zero stars if I could. I received a rear seat cover with several pieces, and no installation instructions. The website also doesn’t have a video for my specific vehicle model, and no one answers the phone regardless of the time you call. Hell, my order didn’t even come with a packing slip, so even a return might turn out to be a process in itself. Never again.

USI can’t get the rear seat covers to… I received my order fast. Can’t get the rear seat covers to stick together but the front fit good.It wasn’t any instructions inside the box. I highly appreciated the free gift that was giving with my order.

In every part of the process as a customer is TRUE! I am a former buyer for a large building & home center. Have bought truck loads & single items for 20 years. There description of product terms of pricing & shipping are what they do & do it to a tee. USGREAT Customer Service!! I had been sent the wrong color seat covers. The customer service rep, Jennifer, was amazing. She followed up to keep me posted on the status and made a disappointing experience a very good one. I have not experienced this caliber of customer service at any other company I have dealt with. AND, to have a REAL, LIVE person to work with speaks volumes of how FH Group values their customers.
