GBI would give zero stars if I could I would give zero stars if I could. I received a rear seat cover with several pieces, and no installation instructions. The website also doesn’t have a video for my specific vehicle model, and no one answers the phone regardless of the time you call. Hell, my order didn’t even come with a packing slip, so even a return might turn out to be a process in itself. Never again.

GBThe headrest was plain black when it… The headrest was plain black when it should have been black and red like the rest. there was NO opening for the above the shoulder the seat adjuster.

GBVery Satisfied and Happy I received my order for custom seat covers on a timely basis. They can be a little difficult to install by one person however I feel the design must be this way to get a good fit that doesn’t shift with normal use. I’m very happy with them. I ran into a slight problem and the company seemed more than willing to help. I would definitely order from them again.

GBMy item was in the “label created”… My item was in the “label created” status for 8 days until I had to contact them twice! They said they will ship me out a new item but still haven’t received a new confirmation or tacking ID. So frustrating
