Purchased led grill lights for tacoma Purchased led grill lights for tacoma, lights advertised as 6 led per light, received 4 led per light, was told by led factory mart that I would be happy with those lights, no I’m not I would like the lights I ordered , had to get paypal involvement. And they keep deleting my review on there web sight, and I keep reposting it day after day after day, I wonder when the they are going to get sick of it and send me what I ordered, 35 dollar item. It’s the point of the matter.

Bronco LED Grill Letters The Ford Bronco LED grill letters were easy to install and look great! I’d buy the item again. The item was very well packed and installation was super easy as the wiring harness was wrapped and had plug type connectors for each letter and the controller. Install was literally plug and play. Everything needed was included, including electrical tape and a add a fuse style connector. Of course you’ll need your own sockets/wrenches for assembly/disassembly of the grill. After several weeks of operation all is working well.

Absolute unprofessional rep David Absolute unprofessional rep David. The order came in 6 different packages and not completed. David provided nothing but excuses and lies. It took weeks for our products to arrive and when they did, still not complete. Smart guy David so cutely sent an email with pictures of delivery boxes and still clearly not a complete order so we sent him pictures back. His best support was offering $10, then &20, then $30 to make us feel better. It was more insulting than help. As it sits today, David is telling us the missing items ship separately so he will now send those missing items! Wait! What? If they ship separate, then why not ship them with everything else vs after everything arrives? Again, lies. Do not order from here. Not a single item had any instructions. David is the worst customer service person we have ever experienced with any company. Shame on y’all!

I ordered LED headlights for my Jeep I ordered LED headlights for my Jeep. However the product has not arrived, ordered almost 3 weeks ago. But, I also order the same product a few months back for my other truck and it work perfectly. Just waiting on parts to arrive. I finally got an updated status on my order. Customer service, tracked down my order. It was lost in shipping. Now pending replacement to be shipped out. Update: Today I received my order. Took 3 days after customer service reshipped my lost order. Tomorrow going to install.

SADDLEBAG LIGHTS ILLUMINATING WRONG COLOR DURING BRAKING Received my saddlebag lights for my street glide, I installed them and the brake lights are illuminating Amber and not red as they are supposed to. I emailed customer service and they stated they would contact the supplier and get back to me. Not sure why I wasn’t refunded or immediately sent a new set. Still haven’t heard back from them I’m a few days now.
