Bought new LED bulbs for my daughters… Bought new LED bulbs for my daughters Malibu. Received them in good time. This car is a four bulb system, so it was different then what was sent to us. Emailed them with the problem and Lucas helped me out and sent me the 2 correct high beam bulbs. Fit per fect in the car and they are very bright bulbs . Good product and service the way its supposed to be. Would do business with this company again. Thank You Lucas for all your help!!!!!

I ordered a part from them a couple… I ordered a part from them a couple weeks ago, turned out to not be the part I needed and they pretended to care and e-mailed me like I was gonna get my refund & then just stopped responding. I’ve reached out, called, emailed and still nothing. Very disappointed and upset.

Horrible company Horrible company. Sent my package to the wrong address. I've tried calling 6 times with no answer. Left 6 voice-mails, sent 3 emails. Can't even get anyone yo response. Literally stole my money and ghosted me. This company is an absolute scam!

I purchased headlight bulbs for my 2019… I purchased headlight bulbs for my 2019 Kia Sorento but sadly, the headlights did not fit my car. So, after reaching out to customer service, we were able to find the correct bulbs and they were shipped out in a great timely manner and they work great. Thanks Dina and the SuncentAuto family

Review on SUNCENT regarding false… Review on SUNCENT regarding false return policy. Ordered a kit for my 6.7 Cummins diesel. It didn’t fit my truck based on what parts I’ve observed. They so far haven’t honored the return policy. I’m going to file a charge back soon with my credit card company. I would steer clear of working with them and find someone else who values customer service. To be clear they said they would honor the return and send an email as well as have manager called me. Not one email. Not one call or message. I’ve called several times. Very difficult to get ahold of anyone. No emails from them in the SPAM box. I’ll be sure to share with my online community (forums, Facebook, Reddit, Discord, etc) to steer clear of them if it’s not further resolved.
