They stole pictures!!!!! They stole pictures from the rough country website and used them for a product that doesn’t match the pictures and they never answer there phone or reply to emails when you try to return. Absolute scam. Avoid this terrible company at all costs

EASY RETURNS NOT AT ALL Ordered some spacers after receiving them and noticing they were not hubcentric and cheaply made decided to ship them back, it took two months back-and-forth emails and phone calls pictures, etc. Even though they sent me a paid shipping label after I told them the issue which they wanted me to pay shipping for in the beginning, they ended up only refunding me without the shipping cost, horrible company, customer service. Emails end up in your junk folder and several that I’ve sent either never make it or receive any back from them. I rarely do reviews, but this company was so bad I had to. I will find other places as well to spread the word, Better Business Bureau should be contacted, considering all the bad reviews that they have acquired.

Review on SUNCENT regarding false… Review on SUNCENT regarding false return policy. Ordered a kit for my 6.7 Cummins diesel. It didn’t fit my truck based on what parts I’ve observed. They so far haven’t honored the return policy. I’m going to file a charge back soon with my credit card company. I would steer clear of working with them and find someone else who values customer service. To be clear they said they would honor the return and send an email as well as have manager called me. Not one email. Not one call or message. I’ve called several times. Very difficult to get ahold of anyone. No emails from them in the SPAM box. I’ll be sure to share with my online community (forums, Facebook, Reddit, Discord, etc) to steer clear of them if it’s not further resolved.
