GBThey stole pictures!!!!! They stole pictures from the rough country website and used them for a product that doesn’t match the pictures and they never answer there phone or reply to emails when you try to return. Absolute scam. Avoid this terrible company at all costs

GBI ordered a part from them a couple… I ordered a part from them a couple weeks ago, turned out to not be the part I needed and they pretended to care and e-mailed me like I was gonna get my refund & then just stopped responding. I’ve reached out, called, emailed and still nothing. Very disappointed and upset.

GBThese people also run an insurance scam… These people also run an insurance scam they have a couple more scams they run pay attention to who u deal with there are alot of bad people in this world that love to steal people's hard earned money. So stay clear of this scam. Some people do receive what they ordered but very cheaply made this is how they can continue to do scam why do u think u can never get a hold of them

GBGreat customer support. I purchased new headlight bulbs for a 2015 Cadillac. Sorry to say the bulbs did not fit. Sent a email to customer support and received an immediate reply to confirm year and model. Suncentauto sent the correct bulbs (which work great) within a couple of days! I have nothing but good to say about Suncentauto and their customer support especially Dina.

GBReview on SUNCENT regarding false… Review on SUNCENT regarding false return policy. Ordered a kit for my 6.7 Cummins diesel. It didn’t fit my truck based on what parts I’ve observed. They so far haven’t honored the return policy. I’m going to file a charge back soon with my credit card company. I would steer clear of working with them and find someone else who values customer service. To be clear they said they would honor the return and send an email as well as have manager called me. Not one email. Not one call or message. I’ve called several times. Very difficult to get ahold of anyone. No emails from them in the SPAM box. I’ll be sure to share with my online community (forums, Facebook, Reddit, Discord, etc) to steer clear of them if it’s not further resolved.
