GBI purchased headlight bulbs for my 2019… I purchased headlight bulbs for my 2019 Kia Sorento but sadly, the headlights did not fit my car. So, after reaching out to customer service, we were able to find the correct bulbs and they were shipped out in a great timely manner and they work great. Thanks Dina and the SuncentAuto family

GBQuick response and resoulution Dropped one of the clips in my engine bay and their customer support team was quick to respond and send me a new one. Thanks guys!

GBCustomer service is highly dissatisfying Customer service is a joke. Ordered led bulbs and wanted to cancel the order. There is no option to cancel an order unless you speak with support. They are only available 9-5 m-f. Not once did anyone respond back to me during those hours. Instead they would wait 3 days then respond at 11 pm. At this point the package was too far into the process to cancel. They told me to just deny the package and wait until it’s returned from usps to request a refund. Judging by how the whole process went, I bet I wouldn’t see my $80 for another month. Then their support team messaged me a laughing emoji at 11:30 pm.

GBEASY RETURNS NOT AT ALL Ordered some spacers after receiving them and noticing they were not hubcentric and cheaply made decided to ship them back, it took two months back-and-forth emails and phone calls pictures, etc. Even though they sent me a paid shipping label after I told them the issue which they wanted me to pay shipping for in the beginning, they ended up only refunding me without the shipping cost, horrible company, customer service. Emails end up in your junk folder and several that I’ve sent either never make it or receive any back from them. I rarely do reviews, but this company was so bad I had to. I will find other places as well to spread the word, Better Business Bureau should be contacted, considering all the bad reviews that they have acquired.

GBI ordered LED fog lights that I was… I ordered LED fog lights that I was informed by the shop were the wrong size. They were unused installed and in the original packaging. I reached out to customer service for assistance on the correct size and return/replacement instructions. I had one response that provided the correct size, but was never provided information for completing the turn or exchange. Original inquiry was 10/30, last response was 11/8. I haven't heard anything in weeks and have reached back out multiple times. As the previous reviewer had mentioned, I wish I would have read the reviews earlier :/.
