I purchased headlight bulbs for my 2019… I purchased headlight bulbs for my 2019 Kia Sorento but sadly, the headlights did not fit my car. So, after reaching out to customer service, we were able to find the correct bulbs and they were shipped out in a great timely manner and they work great. Thanks Dina and the SuncentAuto family

Bought new LED bulbs for my daughters… Bought new LED bulbs for my daughters Malibu. Received them in good time. This car is a four bulb system, so it was different then what was sent to us. Emailed them with the problem and Lucas helped me out and sent me the 2 correct high beam bulbs. Fit per fect in the car and they are very bright bulbs . I ordered LED fog lights that I was… I ordered LED fog lights that I was informed by the shop were the wrong size. They were unused installed and in the original packaging. I reached out to customer service for assistance on the correct size and return/replacement instructions. I had one response that provided the correct size, but was never provided information for completing the turn or exchange. Original inquiry was 10/30, last response was 11/8. I haven't heard anything in weeks and have reached back out multiple times. As the previous reviewer had mentioned, I wish I would have read the reviews earlier :/.

Great customer support. I purchased new headlight bulbs for a 2015 Cadillac. Sorry to say the bulbs did not fit. Sent a email to customer support and received an immediate reply to confirm year and model. Suncentauto sent the correct bulbs (which work great) within a couple of days! I have nothing but good to say about Suncentauto and their customer support especially Dina.
