I ordered LED fog lights that I was… I ordered LED fog lights that I was informed by the shop were the wrong size. They were unused installed and in the original packaging. I reached out to customer service for assistance on the correct size and return/replacement instructions. I had one response that provided the correct size, but was never provided information for completing the turn or exchange. Original inquiry was 10/30, last response was 11/8. I haven't heard anything in weeks and have reached back out multiple times. As the previous reviewer had mentioned, I wish I would have read the reviews earlier :/.

Customer service is highly dissatisfying Customer service is a joke. Ordered led bulbs and wanted to cancel the order. There is no option to cancel an order unless you speak with support. They are only available 9-5 m-f. Not once did anyone respond back to me during those hours. Instead they would wait 3 days then respond at 11 pm. At this point the package was too far into the process to cancel. They told me to just deny the package and wait until it’s returned from usps to request a refund. Judging by how the whole process went, I bet I wouldn’t see my $80 for another month. Then their support team messaged me a laughing emoji at 11:30 pm.

Ordered some bmw headlights from this… Ordered some bmw headlights from this company a few weeks ago. Still hasn’t arrived and when I check it says it’s been returned. I’ve emailed 4 times, called on 2 separate occasions. The online help bot doesn’t work, the Facebook messenger pages has me on read for over a week. This place is a scam. I want my money back Edit- (since reply) checked all folders of email. There was no email found, still have no response from messenger, contacted my credit card to dispute the charges. Ordered from another company and will be here tomorrow ✌️new company- LED Light Street

Customer Service Had an issue with a product I bought over a year ago. Couldn't find my receipt or purchase information. Emailed them and spoke with Lucas. He not only found my information but solved my issue very quickly. Impressed with their customer service and support!

Buyer Beware scam alert. Don’t want to even give them 1 star. Ordered a EGR Delete kit for a 6. 4 and recieved a kit for a duramaxx, when I called to get them to send the right part , they want all these pictures and then it starts all the promises we will get that right out to you my was more expensive than the part they tried calling get lie to hung on and support says they are send you the right part as a gift, 100% scam all they do is lie. Do not buy from these people. Buyer beware.
