GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. They say that the inspection will be done with in 2 business days and the report pays that evening. My inspection was done in 1 business day and 3 days later I'm still waiting on the report. Customer service gives the same bull answer but nothing changes.

GBA bunch of liars and no one from the… A bunch of liars and no one from the USA seems to work with this company. They said they would be there for my huge fee (including $45.00 additional long distance fee) on Monday, I was thrilled. I called to verify a few times on Monday because that timing was important to our plane trip tickets to go pick up the car. Then at 2 am on Tuesday morning, news that the inspector left a message with the dealership and never heard back. The dealership scoured all messages and there was not a message. Giving the inspector the benefit of the doubt, I asked Jay the rep what to do. Jay contacted him (the inspector right then at 9 am CT and then at noon CT and couldn't reach him) I asked for the inspector's number, "no, not allowed" even though I PAID over $250 USD and they couldn't reach him. Then Jay suggested that I send an email with my concerns and nobody responded from there either. They don't care about their customers or their staff.

GBThey Got The Job Done Alright…I have to give Lemon Squad 4 out of 5 stars. The only reason is because I had difficulty contacting them, as all of the different numbers for them lead to the same automated voicemail, which freaked me out, because there no option to just speak to a live person. I had to select to “start a new inspection” just to check on my current inspection. They ended inspecting the vehicle on the day they said they would, but I had put $1000 deposit down to hold a vehicle, and was needing the report. They put a rush order in for me, and I was able to get the vehicle. They are a bit overpriced, as I paid $149 to another company to inspect a vehicle in Florida. I would shop around for a more “1 on 1” mobile inspector vs a conglomerate…but if they are all that’s available, they get the job done.

GBVery Deceptive Company Very deceptive company. Their reviews are so bad, that they have to falsely show a schema markup on their google search results as having a 4.9 review rating from 1500 customers. But when you ask them where can you find these so called reviews they dont have an answer for you. Essentially, they added schema markup code to their website that fraudulently shows them of having stellar reviews. Only desperate companies use this dishonest tactic to fool unsuspecting customers. I called them out on it and they slammed the phone in my face. So now I have contacted google to let them know what they are doing (which is completely against Google's TOS) and they will get penalized as a result. I'm also doing some other things to let the world know not to deal with this company. Stay far away from Lemon Scam.
