Fair prices Clutch and alternator wasn't working properly and found this nearby Desi Auto Care on White Horse Pike, so we'll call it a happy accident. Family owned and operated: I've never seen a German repair shop more transparent about cost and markup. Sean followed me to my car (next parking lot) and charged the battery so I could pull in. Fair price and he is extremely knowledgeable about MINI Cooper JCW. He said you're fine; you don't need new alternator, but need battery instead. And finish Clutch job next day. I highly recommend Sean.

Happy with service I recently purchased a used ‘15 BMW 328i and within few weeks met with the dreaded “check engine” sign. I turned to Google to find a shop that specializes in Bimmers and am glad I found Desi Auto Care. Josh was fast to respond and help with my radiator problem. He was able to fit me in, despite being fully booked, and solve the riddle of 328i’s mysterious, continue error signs. I appreciate thorough explanation, text-emails, and fair prices.

Dependable crew Mostly I drive good, used Audi's. So I need a mechanic that knows his Audi Craft. I must feel comfortable asking counter questions,and discussing my options. I need to know that the repairs will be done professionally, with OEM/factory parts.I need my mechanic to notify me if he sees any other necessary repair stuff as he is doing his diagnostics. I believe I found all those qualities in Josh and his crew. My older Audi RS4 left the shop in tip top shape. I highly recommend them!

Good Shop Fair Price Clean and Organized repair bays and friendly attitude!! Chris never cut corners on repairs. further, he only uses original JAGUAR parts and always guarantee his work for 2 years!! Not to mention, Chris have tackled some major-surgery jobs for me even in the same day. I highly recommend this place to any Jaguar fanatics/first time owner/casual driver. There may be other shops out there, but there definitely is no better than DESI! Chris stand behind his work 100% and do every job right first time!!

Their way of doing business is refreshing. I also brought my Mercedes in to have them check the strange knocking sound from one of the front wheels. Doug spent time investigating the problem, taking the car for a drive and putting it up on a lift to inspect the wheel. He found no errors, and returned the car to me at no money- charge, saying that there was nothing to "fix", so there was no charge.
