Well done guys! 1st time Desi Auto Care cleaned my engine bay and fixed up one important vacuum hoses with small charge. This time I needed a rather tricky and uncommon repair, I estimated it will be costly repair. Sam gives me straight forward estimate and good price ( hint; I saved more than 1300). I ask if he have an opening,he said yes bcoz he has one cancellation. Keeping it short, I bought the car over to shop on wed morning. The lead mechanic completed the job on time. The moment I left the shop and hit the gas; the car accelerated like it took a trip with a time machine. I realize they did more than the original repair that I paid for.

Down payment I needed a major job so they sent me estimate for my transmission replacement and ask for 50% down payment. If you don't trust me with money and asking for down payment. I rather take my business somewhere else. Crazy business practice!!

Their way of doing business is refreshing. I also brought my Mercedes in to have them check the strange knocking sound from one of the front wheels. Doug spent time investigating the problem, taking the car for a drive and putting it up on a lift to inspect the wheel. He found no errors, and returned the car to me at no money- charge, saying that there was nothing to "fix", so there was no charge.

Happy with service I recently purchased a used ‘15 BMW 328i and within few weeks met with the dreaded “check engine” sign. I turned to Google to find a shop that specializes in Bimmers and am glad I found Desi Auto Care. Josh was fast to respond and help with my radiator problem. He was able to fit me in, despite being fully booked, and solve the riddle of 328i’s mysterious, continue error signs. I appreciate thorough explanation, text-emails, and fair prices.

Give them a try. You won't be disappointed Desi guys are incredible. Master Mechanic seems to have some type of godly sixth sense to determine what exactly is wrong with a vehicle. He's diagnosed a number of issues with my 2014 Mercedes Benz E350. I've gone to a few other places (dealers and indies), and none have been as knowledgeable, helpful or patient as Desi Auto Care crew.
