Update on order never place My order was never placed and I spoke to Tire Agent whom confirmed it was never placed as well as speaking to the finance company. Tire agent was to confirm the order was never placed and have the contract voided. Each time I speak with a representative it’s always being sent hire up. The finance company has nothing from Tire Agent showing the order wasn’t placed. Update I spoke to Marianne one of the Supervisor at Tire Agent and she helped get this issue resolved in one phone call. I mean she did an awesome job with calling the finance company speaking with a supervisor there all with me on the phone. She made sure that I was getting my refund back and the contract was canceled. She listened to me understood the situation and was extremely apologetic it didn’t get resolved sooner. Her gratitude and willingness to help me was so much appreciated. Thank you so Marianne C.
