GBIt was a difficult weekend for me It was a difficult weekend for me, with a death in the family, but the staff at Verc helped ease my pain all the while providing me with TOP Level professional service. I got a great tour and explanation of the vehicle. The service was prompt and attentive. The vehicle was a share delight, clean and ready to go. Returning the car was a breeze, even after I inadvertently left some items in the car and I received a helpful courtesy call. Verc staff assisted my wife with gathering up my belongings, and offered warm condolences. I couldn't be more happy or more excited to return to Verc, and I will. Above and beyond, and nothing, but the best. Who needs Hertz or Enterprise when you've got VERC.

My boss had recommended it as opposed to going through the company travel agent. He used them and was also highly satisfied. GBUse VERC in Plylmouth Last week I traveled to Plymouth, MA for a funeral for a family member. Needed a car on short notice. Looked at the VERC website, called and spoke to Herb - in fact, called him several times as arrival times kept changing. He was pleasant, friendly and upbeat. To my surprise I got the car shown for that price - a Toyota Camry! That has never happened! Staff was gracious, super service, family was very happy and grateful.

GBWhile I eventually got what I reserved … While I eventually got what I reserved it was an hour and a half later than requested requiring two trips to the location really messing up my scheduled day. What was most annoying was the car I believe was meant for me at my reservation time was given to someone else. The excuse given to me was that person just happened to make his on-line reservation 4 hours before I did...yeah. I believe it was an acquaintance that was getting preferential treatment.
