Best Rentals and Customer Service Can't say enough about the customer service. Pick-up, drop-off, ease of paperwork etc. I have rented at the Weymouth location about a dozen times over the past few years. From a Prius (yes..., I admit I drove one and actually liked it).. to a Ford Mustang to a big box truck for moving I have never had a problem and always got a fair deal. The big names could take a few lessons from this local family owned company.

Been a customer of the Plymouth … Been a customer of the Plymouth location for many, many years. We have rented cars upon occasion but mostly the wheelchair vans to bring mom home from nursing home on various holidays. I have to say that Ruth is a pleasure to deal with.....as is Herb. They both take very good care of us and make the rental as easy as possible. We have multiple business locations like you folks and would hire either of these two. They are really great assets to VERC PLYMOUTH.

Use VERC in Plylmouth Last week I traveled to Plymouth, MA for a funeral for a family member. Needed a car on short notice. Looked at the VERC website, called and spoke to Herb - in fact, called him several times as arrival times kept changing. He was pleasant, friendly and upbeat. To my surprise I got the car shown for that price - a Toyota Camry! That has never happened! Staff was gracious, super service, family was very happy and grateful.

My boss had recommended it as opposed to going through the company travel agent. He used them and was also highly satisfied. I got a great tour and explanation of the vehicle. The service was prompt and attentive. The vehicle was a share delight, clean and ready to go. Returning the car was a breeze, even after I inadvertently left some items in the car and I received a helpful courtesy call. Verc staff assisted my wife with gathering up my belongings, and offered warm condolences. I couldn't be more happy or more excited to return to Verc, and I will. Above and beyond, and nothing, but the best. Who needs Hertz or Enterprise when you've got VERC.
