They make it so easy and convenient for the person leasing, by meeting the individual at specified location for pick up and not requiring the individual to be with the car when dropping it off. Also, they are easily accessible via email and respond in a very timely manner. Next time, I hope it's for leisure, and not a I-wasn't-at-fault-auto-accident when I lease a vehicle! THANK YOU, VERC!

It was a difficult weekend for me It was a difficult weekend for me, with a death in the family, but the staff at Verc helped ease my pain all the while providing me with TOP Level professional service. I got a great tour and explanation of the vehicle. The service was prompt and attentive. The vehicle was a share delight, clean and ready to go. Returning the car was a breeze, even after I inadvertently left some items in the car and I received a helpful courtesy call. Verc staff assisted my wife with gathering up my belongings, and offered warm condolences. I couldn't be more happy or more excited to return to Verc, and I will. Above and beyond, and nothing, but the best. Who needs Hertz or Enterprise when you've got VERC.

Been a customer of the Plymouth … Been a customer of the Plymouth location for many, many years. We have rented cars upon occasion but mostly the wheelchair vans to bring mom home from nursing home on various holidays. I have to say that Ruth is a pleasure to deal with.....as is Herb. They both take very good care of us and make the rental as easy as possible. We have multiple business locations like you folks and would hire either of these two. They are really great assets to VERC PLYMOUTH.
