This was pretty funny I went directly… This was pretty funny I went directly to there office to order my lift and they said they have never had anyone come directly yo there office. They welcomed me in and they were very friendly and helpful, Kristi stopped what she was doing and took my order. Very friendly team.

Apex 10 The lift I purchased was the first of that model that Mechanic Outlet had sold (due to height restrictions of my space)- I think they did quite well. The lift was inoperable for first couple of weeks after install, due to manufacturing/mechanical error and wrong repair part being sent by manufacturer and not them, but they assisted me and stayed in constant contact with me to ensure my lift was working and I was satisfied. A+
