Great Customer Service I had a question about a part and I felt like I was talking to a close friend. I eventually ordered that part and had it shipped to my builder across the country. I provided the wrong address and they helped me recover the package, getting it to the proper location. To top it off, competitive pricing.

Excellent Customer Service It is always scary purchasing expensive parts online. We received my son's new clutch with lost bolts (I am guessing from a small hole in the box) and a small part that may have been damaged in transport or shipping. I contacted "Jerry" in customer service and he quickly resolved the problem. The items that we needed were shipped out the same day. I only wish all businesses treated their customers like Black Cloud Diesel.

My son purchased injectors from Black… My son purchased injectors from Black Cloud and needed to cancel the order after finding out they were back ordered and delayed past a truck show that he needed them for. Though we were extremely disappointed at needing to cancel the order, Black Cloud was super helpful, understanding and quite timely at sending our refund.
