Great customer service Great customer service! I got the 7.3 injectors high output 30% no programming needed. I have noticed a considerable difference in performance and towing especially. I will say it has appeared to destroy my gas mileage but I am in the process of getting an average after a few tanks. Overall very satisfied. Thanks guys.

Replaced injectors Replaced injectors because the o-rings were starting to leak. Very straightforward ordering, liked the no core charge and price. Did everything how they said and truck hasn’t used oil and runs better than ever.

An exhausting search made easy I was looking for a pair of exhaust stacks to use in a unique application where they would serve as the backbone of a tradeshow display. Not only was Gary extremely helpful in advising which pipes to use and how, he ensured everything was shipped and received by us in ample time for fabrication. The stacks and extensions worked exactly as Gary assured us they would and we now have a client that is blown away with how cool his computer kiosks look. Wish I could post a photo of our finished produce is my only regret. Thanks to all at Black Cloud who made my company and my client's company look so good!

All aspects of the transaction were great. Anticipating the delivery, I got a little anxious about the time it took to deliver. In retrospect the shipping time was reasonable. Three (3) very heavy packages arrived in good shape with all the parts as advertised. Ron's Tire of Framingham, MA installed the clutch with all the parts in two (2) days, (it's a 3500 Ram). When I came in to pick it up, Ron, the owner, told me to speak to the mechanic. The long story short he was impressed with the quality and the flawless OEM swap.
