This "company" is a SCAM. This "company" is a SCAM. No one has responded back to cancel my account. There is only one option to cancel - send an email. No customer service line, no 'cancel my subscription' option. And this is billed WEEKLY, so with no one responding back in the last 2 weeks means I have now been charged twice now for a service I had presumed I canceled.

Beware Scam As this is the only way to get a refund: Yasna, Coverler has deliberately ignored my emails asking to cancel my subscription and issue me a refund (you have a 7-day policy). I have been charged twice until I had to deactivate my account, as I understand this is a common pattern with this company (classic scam). It's a Total Scam It's a Total Scam! I should have researched before purchasing a one-time cover letter from them. They charged me $1.40 for the letter, then $26.69 and $26.96 two separate times! I am doubtful I will get a response after reading the reviews. Now to file the complaints and cancel my credit card, good times.

The website worked fine at first then it was completely changed The website worked fine at first, you pay for a month then I canceled the month and was using the letters I had left. Suddenly they have a new website where none of my login information from the previous site works. I have reached out to them, no response. I was able to access the old website but I see my billing has been continued after I canceled it and there is no way to cancel the bill now. This is ridiculous, heading over to my credit card company now to file fraud charges. EDIT: They respond to you via email once your bad review comes in -_- they claim they never received my cancellation request but I definitely canceled. I went onto the old site and there is now no way to cancel your account there you have to email them. What a waste of time.
