Not GOOD but good I gave them a 3 because I did not feel the cover letter function worked very well. The cover letters were not unique to the job description or to my resume. In fact, some of the cover letters were written verbatim as per the job description, as if the position was already offered to me. On the flip side, I gave them a 3 because I sent them an email asking for a refund. They responded within 48 hours and a refund was provided the next day.

SCAM. RUN. No way to cancel and even after emailing to cancel, I’m still getting billed weekly! I’ve used this once and within less than 2 months it’s cost me over $120.

Coverler is a great program Coverler is a great program. If you don't like the letter they first generated, you can choose another. I used it to make cover letters and now I am employed. The only thing I would change is I'd like to see an option to cancel right on the app or site rather than have to email. That being said the process was quick when I did send an email.

Today is July 12th 2023 Today is July 12th 2023, and regrettably I signed up for this service on July 10th, 2023 and like most people who did the same I was not happy with the service. Upon seeing their refund policy (within a 3 day window of signing off)...I sent an email AS INSTRUCTED on their website requesting a refund on the same day I signed up (July 10th). I've sent 3 emails and submitted a contact form on their website but no one has responded even to acknowledge receipt of my email. STAY AWAY from this service...ITS A SCAM.

Total scam Total scam. I cancelled my subscription and deleted my account online. However, the company did not respond and continued to charge me for there services. Do not use them!
