Great customer service. I had a problem with a fender purchased from their web site. The problem was no fault of Meancycles, but of the vendor that dropped shipped to me. Meancycles went above and beyond and gave me a 100% refund, including oversize shipping fee and return shipping. It's difficult to gauge a company when a transaction goes smoothly, and their true nature only comes out when there are issues. Meancycles has proven to me that they're a good company to deal with.
