Customer service was second to none, all my (many) questions where answered promptly, advice was given when asked and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. Shipping to Australia is expensive, I looked into alternative options here and it turns out the price quoted by Meancycles was indeed the cheapest, so again I was super happy with Meancycles.
