Great personal service from a real cycle shop I've ordered several parts from Meancycles and have received excellent service! After received crushed air filters (sent them back) from another online store, I gave Meancycles a shot, asking if they could pack well. On unpacking it was obvious someone took their time packing the items. It was that way with every order. It's hard to find great personal service when ordering online these days. Give Meancycles a shot..!

Ordered wide tire/rim setup… I was looking for a wide tire/rim setup on my bike. JC at mean cycle had amazing customer support. The reason I wanted to order my wheel from a dealer vs direct was because JC knows the manufacturer and has better connections if something went wrong. JC made sure the rim was ordered correctly, was really cool to deal with, the pricing was right on. I wouldn't do it any other way His personality was really cool

Absolutely fantastic experience!!! Absolutely fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend Meancycles to all and I will use them again when I need parts. Customer service was second to none, all my (many) questions where answered promptly, advice was given when asked and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. Shipping to Australia is expensive, I looked into alternative options here and it turns out the price quoted by Meancycles was indeed the cheapest, so again I was super happy with Meancycles. Item arrived as expected, as described and earlier than expected. Fitment was spot on! Once again, awesome experience with Meancycles and shout out to JC whom I was dealing with ... thanks mate!
