Enrico was amazing and sent me a men’s jacket immediately, it was too big and he then ordered a smaller size from Europe . The dealings were professional and I was kept in the loop along the process . Although the jacket is heavy I don’t necessarily notice it riding . WORTH IT! Very well built vest. Super comfortable - even for a guy who's 6'5" tall and 300+ lbs. When I'm riding, I don't even know i'm wearing it! Customer service is great bar none! I definitely recommend Helite to anyone that rides anything.
