I’ve bought products from Eagle Leather… I’ve bought products from Eagle Leather for years, from toolkits, chaps, heated gear and helmets. Generally always received good products with the exception of one vest that had several zippers break. First was replaced under warranty, second I was told needed to be paid for and left at the store which wasn’t an option. But overall EL is a great local store with a decent (not great) selection of helmets and other riding gear.

The quality and variety of products… The quality and variety of products your store provides is great, although when we were there to purchase some leather products WE felt that the sales person had us fitted and out the door before we actually knew what we even bought. She had the chaps all trimmed and ready to go before we could even ask about pants or other options. We weren't very happy about that but we felt we had to buy them at that point.

To get leather repair work or seizing or patch work eagle leather in Lakewood is 2nd to none. Cindy does a fantastic job . Any type of motorcycle riding gear and accessories is a one stop shop. Excellent Biker Store Excellent Store, Excellent Products and Selection, Awsome Staff. I've been Shopping at these Stores for Over 20 Years. Highly Recommend. ( just wish the Lakewood Store had better semi truck parking!! )

Sales person was great Sales person was great, we found a pair of over riding pants to purchase. He took measurements, and we were then told to wait for them to be cut to size. We waited for over 30 min, at that point the tailor finally told us he would not be able to get to them tonight. He could not take 1 minute to cut a straight line. Nor tell us 30 min prior he would not be able to help us. (When he saw us waiting.) Zero communication by staff, great sales person lost a sale due to the tailors lack of effort and communication.
