GBReluctant at first Reluctant at first, but happy in the end! Radio Code came in my email after about 10 hours and worked perfectly on my 2011 Jetta SportWagen TDI. I would highly recommend these guys as a safe alternative to any VW dealer service when it comes to recovering a radio code!

GBDealership wouldn't do it, but VWcodes did. Eason and the company are trust worthy of credit card transaction and accurate information. I bought a Touareg 2010 OEM radio through Ebay and took it to a local radio place to remove the old one and install the new, and they tried 2 codes and blocked it to SAFE (they installed it good). I called the VW dealership with the serial number so I could get the code, but they wanted to get me there and pay 300 dollars. So VW CODES help me with getting the code and also with their posts/articles about how to deal with the 2SAFE code, which is the original procedure in the manual that I do not have. Really grateful.

GBAwesome service, got my radio working! Awesome service! Bought a used V dub with a radio that was locked out and no owners manual. All the free radio code generators online wouldn't work, so I gave them my radio serial number and a couple dollars, and was sent a code the same day. The code worked, I can now jam out while getting 40mpg!

GBMost honest, best service, and lowest priced code provider I tried several links that promised to get you the code. Some were very difficult to navigate. Others had numerous pop-ups and sales pitches that required you to go to unlimited amounts of surveys and product sales pitches. Others were sketchy foreign sites and some wanted ridiculous amounts of money VWCodes was quick and easy to use and cost less than any alternative. It did take longer than the estimated two hours to get my code but I did get it in about eight hours and most importantly, it was correct. Once I had my code, my VW Beetle radio was on against n within thirty seconds. A very good and responsive customer service was a pleasure to deal with after getting the run around from Volkswagen dealers, who were no help at all.

CAGreat service, worked like a charm Radio screen on my Volkswagen failed and was a 1000$ to replace so I bought one on Ebay for cheap that didn't have the security code. Dealer wanted 80$ to try and obtain said code and wouldn't guarantee they could do it. I found many web sites out that seemed like a scam, where you would have to subscribe to some third party site and give credit card info to get a code. This place is legit, it took a little longer than two hours to get it, but when I inquired I received a response quickly from a real person and radio is unlocked. Cheap and I don't have to drive to the dealer to do something so simple as to find a serial number on a radio and punch 4 digits.
