Disappointing Entered and paid for a VW radio code, that was supposed to be approx 2 hr wait during business hours their time, still waiting a full week later and nothing. I’ve sent 2 follow up emails and no response to them either. Pretty disappointing overall and reported to my card provider as fraudulent now.

Great service, worked like a charm Radio screen on my Volkswagen failed and was a 1000$ to replace so I bought one on Ebay for cheap that didn't have the security code. Dealer wanted 80$ to try and obtain said code and wouldn't guarantee they could do it. I found many web sites out that seemed like a scam, where you would have to subscribe to some third party site and give credit card info to get a code. This place is legit, it took a little longer than two hours to get it, but when I inquired I received a response quickly from a real person and radio is unlocked. Cheap and I don't have to drive to the dealer to do something so simple as to find a serial number on a radio and punch 4 digits.
