I had purchased a VW radio on Ebay thinking my VW dealership could unlock the code, but they couldn't, or wouldn't. After a year of not having a radio in my car, I found this website, and within an hour, my radio was playing tunes. Best $12.99 I've spent.

The seller didn’t answer back with any answers about it in a reasonable time, so I found vwcodes.org with a google search. I followed the instructions to find the serial number, paid the fee, and 2 hours later I had the correct code to unlock my new(to me) radio.
