CATook a bit longer than advertised, but it worked! Took a bit longer than advertised, about 3 hours or so along with an email to their customer service email, but I did get my code in the end that worked!

GBDealership wouldn't do it, but VWcodes did. Eason and the company are trust worthy of credit card transaction and accurate information. I bought a Touareg 2010 OEM radio through Ebay and took it to a local radio place to remove the old one and install the new, and they tried 2 codes and blocked it to SAFE (they installed it good). I called the VW dealership with the serial number so I could get the code, but they wanted to get me there and pay 300 dollars. So VW CODES help me with getting the code and also with their posts/articles about how to deal with the 2SAFE code, which is the original procedure in the manual that I do not have. Really grateful.

GBReluctant at first Reluctant at first, but happy in the end! Radio Code came in my email after about 10 hours and worked perfectly on my 2011 Jetta SportWagen TDI. I would highly recommend these guys as a safe alternative to any VW dealer service when it comes to recovering a radio code!

AUDisappointing Entered and paid for a VW radio code, that was supposed to be approx 2 hr wait during business hours their time, still waiting a full week later and nothing. I’ve sent 2 follow up emails and no response to them either. Pretty disappointing overall and reported to my card provider as fraudulent now.
