We have liked Cottman for several… We have liked Cottman for several years. However, I had an issue where they were having troubles finding the noise. I gave them my car while I was out of town to try and find it. I was told they found it and it would cost $1,400. Well, I told them to go ahead, but when I got the car back I do not know what they fixed (if anything in reality) but the noise is still that it concerns me. it is something that comes and goes and sometimes is really loud.

Great Technical and Customer Service Mike is great at communicating each step along the way. They explained exactly what happened and what they needed to do to fix the issues. They did the work in time and the YukonXL is running great.

Hope it's fixed this time. Thought it was kind of expensive and it broke a day later. Found out was missing the dipstick and another part that was fixed was broken 1 day after I paid tons of money. Missed work on top of paying for repair so it cost me even more. They did fix the problems right away though. But like I said it cost me way more than I thought it would.

Very nice people Very nice people. Mike has awesome personality. Dropped truck off on Monday night got two phone calls just touching base then transmission was done getting fully rebuilt the following Monday. Didn’t lie about prices or swindle other things in. The mechanics are good. Overall best place to go for transmission work.
