Great people, helpful, and fast. I brought in an older transmission from a project car i'd been working on. I turned the wrong bolt on the transmission that cause an alignment issue that prevented the trans from shifting into reverse. Cottman took the transmission at 9:00 A.M. on a Friday morning, and it was fixed an hour and a half later. Not only that, but they insisted that the service was to be on the house! I was surprised and very happy to know that there are some good people left not looking to capitalize on a customers mistake. Not only will I take all my future work to Cottman, but i will share my experience with friends and family and recommend them within the auto community in Cincinnati. Thank you Cottman!

The best service you will find anyplace… The best service you will find anyplace in this area. I do most of the work on my cars some things I wont touch because number one I don't have all the tools need for a job such as rebuilding my automatic transmission. My 2004 Explorer 4 x 4 had 265,000 miles and it was the original Transmission. It was always serviced and in clean condition when it broke down. I checked pricing rebuilds and new from Ford/ motor craft. And buying a new transmission direct. One competitor never returned my request for a quote. Cough cough Danco. Mike at Cottman is honest and true to his words. I had my Explorer towed to Cottman's in Eastgate and like he said the Job was completed in 3 days. His price was right in line. The guys who worked on my car are real professional's. They did a great job everything is working smooth and great. No messy greasy hand prints all over the car inside outside and even under the car plus the drain pain is supper Clean. Everyone at Cottman's Did a great job. You wont find a better place to trust your car

Amazing service I dropped off my car because there was a noise from the brakes. They were upfront in telling me they may not find the problem. They checked my brakes thoroughly and gave me their honest opinion- they didn't need to be changed and didn't recommend it! A car place that doesn't spend your money for no reason is a needle in a haystack! They were friendly and I will be back for any service I need in the future!
