GBOrdered door seals for Tesla Model Y… Ordered door seals for Tesla Model Y and rear door seals were made too long. Contacted Basenor and was told they would ship replacements when the correct length seals are available. When they were available I placed an order and once received and confirmed that the rear door seals were the correct length I was issued a refund for the second order. I appreciate the willingness to correct the situation!

GBGreat Customer Service - Turned my frown upside-down Basenor customer service turned my frown upside-down. I was not very happy with my initial Tesla sunshade because it had a pretty bad sagging issue, but I could not be happier with how Basenor customer service handled my complaint. They patiently corresponded with me over email until we found a better alternative, suggesting an upgraded version of the sunshade that comes with two separate pieces to alleviate the sagging issue of the single-piece sunshade, and although the second version was more expensive, they gave me a full refund on the purchase of the upgraded version. The upgraded version works great. Thank you Basenor!
