Great Customer Service - Turned my frown upside-down Basenor customer service turned my frown upside-down. I was not very happy with my initial Tesla sunshade because it had a pretty bad sagging issue, but I could not be happier with how Basenor customer service handled my complaint. They patiently corresponded with me over email until we found a better alternative, suggesting an upgraded version of the sunshade that comes with two separate pieces to alleviate the sagging issue of the single-piece sunshade, and although the second version was more expensive, they gave me a full refund on the purchase of the upgraded version. The upgraded version works great. Thank you Basenor!

Great products at aggressive prices for Teslas I have purchased a lot of Basenor products for both my Fathers Tesla and mine. Their pricing is always really aggressive and their products are worth the price you pay. The tough thing with Amazon is you never really know what you are going to get due to all the fake reviews out there so it is always sort of a gamble. All of the products I have received from them have accurate descriptions and the one time I needed to reach out to customer support they replied quickly. I usually don't take the time to leave reviews but I know others have struggled when it comes to buying Tesla products online so I wanted to share my experience in hopes it will help others.
