Bought helmet, horrible returns policy and process Bought a helmet, not once on their website was i made aware prices were in USD. Most international websites stated to change the cost. Upon finding out the item was indeed not the ~$750 AUD i was hit with ~$1100 for an item i did not believe to be worth that much. 5 mins after the initial payment I viewed their return policy. You have to email in and only when a human is at work (answering 6 hours later) will they action it. Versus a simple cancel transaction process ceasing the item from processing further into the next step which is when the human comes into play and cannot cancel it. Seems silly and honestly puts me off ordering things internationally. Yes I should have checked further but with the location/delivery stating it would arrive promptly (not what the end result was of up to 12 days), and that nothing on their website stated USD or what currency in general. To return it i am out of pocket. If i refuse the item 50/50 it gets back to the sender and the costs are more versus if i returned it myself. So now i am stuck with an item that i dont want, and no one will justify buying it off me as it sucks.
