The order was placed on 03/12, delivery was 03/15. The item was well packaged, new and unopened in condition. That may not sound like much, a dealer performing to advertised product and service levels but, these days, that is an exception.

I find that to be a great encouragement for future purchases. The only complaint I have with the site relates to the initial discount for new customers. I purchased a few items using the new customer discount but when my wife attempted to sign up and use her discount the site wouldn't accept it. I believe this may be because we share the same address. She still made the purchase but I wish we had the extra 10% discount but overall still better than other online retailers.
