I was very happy with the ordering… I was very happy with the ordering process and quick turnaround. I also appreciate the Zilla point accrual. I find that to be a great encouragement for future purchases. The only complaint I have with the site relates to the initial discount for new customers. I purchased a few items using the new customer discount but when my wife attempted to sign up and use her discount the site wouldn't accept it. I believe this may be because we share the same address. She still made the purchase but I wish we had the extra 10% discount but overall still better than other online retailers.

Always give me exactly what I order They always send exactly what you order, and customer service is great when you need it. I’ve never had a problem with anything I’ve gotten from Revzilla. I ordered the wrong size riding gear before and they make the return nice and smooth. Since I don’t live near a store that sells the gear I use, I always take to online with Revzilla to get my riding gear and accessories.

Seamless process every time! Very easy to use site and if I have ever had any inconveniences I’ve called customer support. They have always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any issues I may have had, nor did I wait long to be helped.

The rare to find part I needed The rare to find part I needed was exactly what was provided at a reasonable price. I did have some shipping issues but that fault lies with UPS and their agents and not Revzilla and while UPS gets zero stars Revzilla gets 5 stars from me

Bought helmet, horrible returns policy and process Bought a helmet, not once on their website was i made aware prices were in USD. Most international websites stated to change the cost. Upon finding out the item was indeed not the ~$750 AUD i was hit with ~$1100 for an item i did not believe to be worth that much. 5 mins after the initial payment I viewed their return policy. You have to email in and only when a human is at work (answering 6 hours later) will they action it. Versus a simple cancel transaction process ceasing the item from processing further into the next step which is when the human comes into play and cannot cancel it. Seems silly and honestly puts me off ordering things internationally. Yes I should have checked further but with the location/delivery stating it would arrive promptly (not what the end result was of up to 12 days), and that nothing on their website stated USD or what currency in general. To return it i am out of pocket. If i refuse the item 50/50 it gets back to the sender and the costs are more versus if i returned it myself. So now i am stuck with an item that i dont want, and no one will justify buying it off me as it sucks.
