GBI hate this company. Lost item I hate this company. I buy one item and they loose it. A $600 exhaust system. Been waiting a week and no updates. Contact them and they say oh well it's probably lost. Wait another week and we can file a claim. What a joke. Never dealing with this joke again.

GBAlways a go to company for moto gear The online product videos are extremely helpful. Also, the pricing for some items is better at RevZilla and that’s why I will always check revzilla on dirtbike, street bike and snowbike gear before I buy elsewhere. Also, revzillas customer service is usually superior to that of the smaller brands that I buy from, which makes the experience better for exchanges or product issues as well.

GBI always order from Revzilla I always order from Revzilla, they are so helpful on the phone, and they have quality products. Between my husband and I, we have 4 motorcycles so we buy quite a bit of stuff - they almost always have what we need. They're my first online stop.

GBGreat Customer service I had issues with helmet I received, however, Mark the CS rep I was working with made everything easy. From contact, support, to exchange. The customer service was fast and communicated very well

GBOrder never received and no refund I recently ordered a part from this distributor for a family member. The part was delivered through FedEx and was delivered to an invalid address. The recipient never received the package. Revzilla customer service's only remedy was to go to the assumed drop location and request the package. The tenant stated they never received any packages wrongfully addressed. FedEx completed an investigation, but would not confirm their driver dropped the package at the incorrect address. Revzilla stated they do not practice signing for packages regardless of package value. Revzilla accepted my order and payment, but had no intention on verifying the package made it to its intended destination or quality assurance of the order to ensure customer was content with the sales process. When I requested to dispute the transaction and request further assistance on acquiring the part I paid for, Revzilla took my information down and denied further assistance. Now I purchased the part for a second time through an alternate distributor. Potential customers should know that if an issue with a part order should arise that their money or order is not insured or refundable. Purchase at your own risk.
