USOrder never received and no refund I recently ordered a part from this distributor for a family member. The part was delivered through FedEx and was delivered to an invalid address. The recipient never received the package. Revzilla customer service's only remedy was to go to the assumed drop location and request the package. The tenant stated they never received any packages wrongfully addressed. FedEx completed an investigation, but would not confirm their driver dropped the package at the incorrect address. Revzilla stated they do not practice signing for packages regardless of package value. Revzilla accepted my order and payment, but had no intention on verifying the package made it to its intended destination or quality assurance of the order to ensure customer was content with the sales process. When I requested to dispute the transaction and request further assistance on acquiring the part I paid for, Revzilla took my information down and denied further assistance. Now I purchased the part for a second time through an alternate distributor. Potential customers should know that if an issue with a part order should arise that their money or order is not insured or refundable. Purchase at your own risk.

USI hate this company. Lost item I hate this company. I buy one item and they loose it. A $600 exhaust system. Been waiting a week and no updates. Contact them and they say oh well it's probably lost. Wait another week and we can file a claim. What a joke. Never dealing with this joke again.

AUBought helmet, horrible returns policy and process Bought a helmet, not once on their website was i made aware prices were in USD. Most international websites stated to change the cost. Upon finding out the item was indeed not the ~$750 AUD i was hit with ~$1100 for an item i did not believe to be worth that much. 5 mins after the initial payment I viewed their return policy. You have to email in and only when a human is at work (answering 6 hours later) will they action it. Versus a simple cancel transaction process ceasing the item from processing further into the next step which is when the human comes into play and cannot cancel it. Seems silly and honestly puts me off ordering things internationally. Yes I should have checked further but with the location/delivery stating it would arrive promptly (not what the end result was of up to 12 days), and that nothing on their website stated USD or what currency in general. To return it i am out of pocket. If i refuse the item 50/50 it gets back to the sender and the costs are more versus if i returned it myself. So now i am stuck with an item that i dont want, and no one will justify buying it off me as it sucks.

USNo surprises and lots of product information... I placed an order for a REV'IT! Seesoft RV Air Back Protector Insert 05. The price was right and they offered free FedEx delivery within three days. The order was placed on 03/12, delivery was 03/15. The item was well packaged, new and unopened in condition. That may not sound like much, a dealer performing to advertised product and service levels but, these days, that is an exception.
